Steven Vaughn has consistently demonstrated high intellect, creativity, and a strong commitment to human and civil rights since his high school days in Philadelphia. His dedication to social justice and public service has driven him to pursue professional careers in these fields, particularly in law.

Over the years, he has successfully organized, coordinated, and managed electoral campaigns for public officials to advance business policy and legislative interests at local, state, and national levels.

As a skilled political advisor, electoral campaign manager, and project developer, Steven is also an expert in legal research and documentation, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and closings. Throughout his impressive career, Steven has held various roles supporting elected officials, including positions with the Philadelphia City Council, the Office of the Mayor, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which encompasses State Representatives, State Senators, and the Governor’s Office. He served as the Chief of Staff for former Philadelphia Councilwoman Donna Reed-Miller and as the Special Assistant to Philadelphia State Representative John Myers.

Steven is an effective team player with a proven track record of successful project outcomes. He possesses a strong understanding of community engagement and organization and is dedicated to advancing the mission of non-profits that work for children’s welfare.

He holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from the National Conference of Black Lawyers School of Law, earned in 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work/Business Administration from Antioch University, obtained in 1976.
